Transport workers from across the country held a protest in Delhi demanding changes in the MV Act in favour of drivers and against privatisation.
On March 24, 2025, transport workers from across the country gathered at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi and staged a strong protest. They demanded that the Motor Vehicles Act be amended in the interest of drivers and privatisation of the transport sector should be stopped.
