Shutdown in Kashmir Following Harassment of Kashmiris Across India
On Sunday, the streets and roads wore a deserted look, as the public transport was off the roads. In the wake of the attacks on Kashmiris outside the Valley, a complete shutdown is being observed from February 17 across Kashmir, following a call by various trade bodies. . The shutdown was also observed in other district headquarters of the valley. The internet services were also suspended in most parts of the valley. The state has been reeling under high tensions since the terror attack on February 14 in Pulwama.
