Delhi: ‘We Will Not Back Off’, Say Striking DBC Workers

The indefinite strike by DBC-MTS employees of MCD’s Public Health Department of MCD has entered the 12th day, with no solution in sight.

Domestic Breeding Checkers and Multi-Tasking Staff (DBC-MTS) of the Public Health Department of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi are on an indefinite strike since September 29. Even after 12 days, no solution has been found by either the corporation administration or the government. The employees continue to protest at the corporation headquarters, hoping for justice. Opposition leaders also met the employees to express solidarity with the strike. Watch Newsclick's report.
