Maruti Judgement: Investors Rights Trump Labour Rights

On 18th March, in a judgement of the Manesar Maruti violence case, 31 workers have been convicted. 13 workers have been given life imprisonment. The high court did not grant the bail to protect the ‘investors’ concerns.
